Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Corbett Safari a travel agency specializing in customized travel solutions. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment:

a) 50% Advance Amount should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis, and the remaining balance can be paid at least 7 days prior to departure. b) Payments can be made via wire transfer, credit card, PayPal etc. c) Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or any other factors beyond our control.

Cancellation:

a) All cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to cancellation fees based on the following schedule:

» 10% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior

» 25% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 15 days prior

» 50% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 07 days prior

» 100% cancellation in case of no show

b) No refund will be given for any unused portion of the trip or for any missed activities due to client’s delay or absence.

Early Check-in / Late Check -out

Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1200 Hrs. (IST). Therefore cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.

Extra Uses of our Vehicle

Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.

Insurance:

a) We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation and repatriation. b) The Corbett Safari is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property while on the trip.

Itinerary:

a)The Corbett Safari reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. b) The client agrees to abide by the itinerary, including any necessary travel arrangements and accommodations. c) Jim Corbett National park online is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes in the itinerary.

Health and Fitness:

a) Clients are responsible for their own health and fitness and must inform The Corbett Safari of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the trip. b) Jim Corbett National park online reserves the right to refuse any client who is deemed physically or mentally unfit to participate in the trip.

Passports and Visas:

a) Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, and for complying with all laws and regulations of the countries visited. b) Jim Corbett National park online is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to a client’s failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.

Liability:

a) The Corbett Safari does not own or control hotels, coach or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour therefore, we cannot held liable. Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier or agents.

Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.

Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and is unforeseeable or unavoidable. Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.

Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier even with all due care could not foresee or foretell.

Complaints:

a) If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction then you must notify the company within 25 days of the tour ending in writing. b) Any complaints must be raised with The Corbett Safari immediately, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. c) If the issue cannot be resolved on the trip, the client must submit a written complaint to The Corbett Safari within 14 days of the end of the trip.

Governing Law:

a) These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Corbett Safari is registered. b) Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which The Corbett Safari is registered. By booking with The Corbett Safari, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
